Neapolis, studio urbanistico per una zona di Napoli - 1937

where: Napoli, tra via Marina e corso Umberto
collaboration: R. Alberti, G. de Belvis, G. Molteni, U. Madia, V. Nespoli, T. Papale, R. Pearce, V. Sangironti

A group of young professionals sets up a project of urban transformation on a broad coastal area of Naples between the port limits and the margins of the inner historical center. The study includes a radical transformation of the building tissue, except for monumental complexes, with the aim of substituting to the strongly degraded heritage a modern housing intervention, regarding collective equipment and circulation systems as well.
