The original project had four buildings with six floors and two with ten floors, two exposures, for an amount of 282 develling units, connected by a continuous porch along viale Augusto with one upper floor. There had to be also a primary school with one floor and a steel structure. The project was only in part completed, because three buildings and the school on piazzale Tecchio, where there is now the new Faculty of Engineering, were not built.
