The project re-elaboretes the cross section of Olivetti factory, staggering the floors to have more light and air. There is only one floor, because of the weight of materials and the high complexity of the assembly operations. The parallel buildings are connected by high stairways, and the building with the bathrooms is pependiculary to via S. Leonardo. The first building, for the direction, is on pilotis.
